• Emily Tedone, Esq.

    Emily earned her B.A. in English with honors from George Washington University in Washington D.C. After college, Emily returned to Massachusetts, where she was raised, in order to attend Boston College Law School. In 2005, she graduated from law school and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar. Emily relocated to Phoenix, AZ in 2006 where she began her career in disability. She discovered her passion for protecting the rights of those who are unable to do so themselves while working in the mental health field. In 2007, Emily began representing claimants in Social Security cases while working for one of the leading national organizations in the industry. Since she began practicing Social Security Disability Law, Emily has successfully represented hundreds of claimants at administrative law hearings throughout the western United States. Emily focuses solely on Social Security Disability matters.

    Emily is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR). She also volunteers her time for the Phoenix affiliate of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
  • Matthew Gilligan

    Matthew holds a B.S. Degree from the University of Massachusetts and a M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. He is responsible for client and partner business development. Matthew understands the importance of growing the business while preserving the fundamental goals of the company with his client first focus.

    Prior to joining US Disability Group, Matthew enjoyed a highly successful career for over 15 years in business development and sales management in the Information Technology Industry.
  • Andrew Hudson

    Andrew earned his B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. He spent 12 years in banking and finance as a Corporate Officer and VP for Chase and Wells Fargo credit card portfolios. During his tenure, Andrew not only oversaw service and sales, but also managed several projects, including payment remittance and general ledger reconciliation. Andrew is responsible for our client services and operations department. He assists clients with the on boarding process and manages the day to day operations of the company.

    Andrew also served as an independent consultant for U.S. Cellular in Chicago. While there, Andrew revamped the goal-setting and quota processes for retail stores and subcontracted vendors.
  • Kimberly Gilligan

    Kimberly earned her B.S. Degree in Education from the Pennsylvania State University and a Masters with Distinction in Educational Technology from Northern Arizona University. She assists Ms. Tedone as well as other staff members with various administrative responsibilities.

    Before joining US Disability Group, Kimberly spent 14 years teaching and coaching within the Arizona education system. She has also facilitated many in-services and trainings of other teachers within the field of education.
